Roosevelt University’s vertical campus radically reimagines what an urban university can be. The single structure includes classrooms, laboratories, offices, a dining hall, fitness facilities, student services, and dorm rooms for over 600 students. Known as the Wabash Building, it also achieved LEED Gold certification. JBC was hired by Roosevelt University to serve as development manager for the project.
