JBC was retained to advise CNA on the best use of its real estate and to evaluate a corporate relocation. The final decision, however, resulted in repositioning their previously 100% owner-occupied building as a multi-tenant facility. JBC then managed the 1.2 million-square-foot complex from 2001 to 2020 and renovated the building with Class-A amenities, including a public food hall, conference center, fitness center, and childcare facility.
