Built in 1928 as the American National Bank, the building converted to multi-tenant use when the bank vacated after a merger in the early 2000s. JBC assumed management responsibilities in 2014, carefully preserving the building’s rich history and art deco details while updating its systems and technology for the next century. The result is Energy Star Rated and LEED Gold- and EBOM Gold-certified.
