  • Buck Management Group (“BMG”) was selected by two consecutive owners to lease the property from July 2000 to May 2007
  • In 2001, BMG negotiated lease buyout with Morton International to enable a 279,000 SF lease with The Boeing Company ‘s world headquarters, which selected building after a multi-market nationwide search

  • September 2005, The Boeing Company acquires building from Morgan Stanley and retains BMG
  • By October 2006, BMG re-leases 100% of former SBC space: a 53,000 SF lease with data user, Hostway Corporation; and a 231,000 SF office lease with NAVTEQ for its headquarters
