- Buck Management Group (“BMG”) was selected by two consecutive owners to lease the property from July 2000 to May 2007
- In 2001, BMG negotiated lease buyout with Morton International to enable a 279,000 SF lease with The Boeing Company ‘s world headquarters, which selected building after a multi-market nationwide search
- In 2004, SBC elects to close newly acquired Illinois Bell mission critical facility effective November 2005; BMG implements two-tiered marketing program for office and data users, which involved major repositioning and improved building access
- September 2005, The Boeing Company acquires building from Morgan Stanley and retains BMG
- By October 2006, BMG re-leases 100% of former SBC space: a 53,000 SF lease with data user, Hostway Corporation; and a 231,000 SF office lease with NAVTEQ for its headquarters
- May 2007, Boeing consolidates real estate vendors nationwide – BMG completes assignment with a 98% occupancy rate
