Parkway North Center is an 85-acre campus located north of Chicago in suburban Deerfield. JBC oversaw three low-rise office buildings and attracted tenants like snack company Mondelez International with amenities rivaling the most desirable Class-A office buildings downtown. These included a state-of-the-art conference center, winter garden, fitness center, dining facility, daycare center, and abundant parking.
