Kanay Patel currently serves as Development and Construction Manager for The John Buck Company, located in Denver, Colorado. His current responsibility is as Project Manager for HUB Miami, a 42 stories mixed-use development in Miami, FL consisting of 306 luxury condominiums and 310,000 SF of office and retail space.
Prior to joining JBC, Kanay worked as Senior Construction Manager for Southern Land Company managing all aspects of his construction team and overseeing project partner relationships. Kanay has expertise in managing large scale mixed-use developments with the value of projects ranging from $120M to $450M. He has successfully managed developments for 10 years in Boulder (CO) and New York City (NY) markets totaling $1 billion in construction costs.
Kanay earned his Master of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from Columbia University and his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
