Kanay Patel currently serves as Project Manager of Construction for The John Buck Company, focusing and located in Denver, Colorado. His primary responsibilities include construction contract management and administration, coordination between the design and construction teams, schedule and budget control, submittal and RFI review, and payment allocation review and approval.
Prior to joining JBC, Kanay worked as Senior Construction Manager for Southern Land Company. While at Southern, Kanay managed the construction team and subcontractor trades, developed the GMP schedule, design and field coordination, monthly pay application submittals, budget forecasting, and project scheduling management. He successfully managed the construction of mixed-use developments totaling $198 million in value.
Kanay earned his Master of Science in Construction Engineering and Management from Columbia University and his Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from the University of Mumbai.
