Caroline Buck

Caroline serves as the primary leadership point of contact for clients and provides crucial support to Buck Management Group’s (BMG) onsite teams. She is dedicated to enhancing operational efficiencies, revenue accretion, optimizing amenity offerings, implementing technology solutions, fostering client relations, and engaging tenants. With a deep understanding of real estate from an owner’s perspective, Caroline works to maximize value for BMG’s clients. Before joining JBC, Caroline built a diverse background, including user-experience consulting for major global retail clients, downtown office leasing at JLL, and corporate property management leadership. She oversees office financials, including operating budgets, forecasts, reporting, and variance assessments, while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. Additionally, Caroline coordinates local events, volunteer opportunities, and team training initiatives.

Outside of work, Caroline spends time with her three younger siblings, husband, and extended family. A former competitive team athlete, she now starts each morning with hot yoga sculpt, and has a passion for creative projects, tennis, travel, and interpersonal dynamics!
