JBC was hired by Dune Capital and Greenfield Partners to serve as development manager for this hospitality entry that now anchors neighborhood revitalization. The project features all the amenities expected of a hotel bearing The Standard brand, including a gourmet restaurant, bar, nightclub, and corporate meeting space.
